What you'll need:
4 Blocks of your choice (Cobblestone for this tutorial)
1 Redstone torch
1 Dispenser
1 Lever
As much arrows as you can get :D
Steps:
1. Put 3 blocks in an "L" shape
2. Dig a hole beside the blocks and place a redstone torch
3. Cover the torch with another block and add a dispenser on top
4. Add a lever in the middle
5. Fill the dispenser with arrows
6. Keep down the right mouse button on the lever
7. Have fun!
